Scarcella breaks her own Italian 100m breaststroke record

PESCARA - The assault on the record book continues at the Italian championships.

Teenager Ilaria Scarcella. broke her own Italian record in the women's 100 metres breaststroke in Thursday’s final at Le Naiadi swimming complex.

Scarcella, 16-year-old from Genoa, finished in 1:06.86, lowering her time of 1:06.99 she set in the yesterday.
